"Do you offer payment plans ?"
- Absolutely we do. One thing that we have always understood, money doesn't grow on tree's.- "Do you require a down payment ?" - Think of it as a holding fee. Any animal over $300.00 in total price will require a minimal deposit. Any purchase over 500.00 will require a minimum of 10% down. This lets us know you are committed to the purchase and will allow us to consider it/them as sold and hold it till paid for.
- "Can I have my snake shipped as soon as the last payment is sent ?" - In most cases once the last payment is processed we will contact you to arrange a ship date. You waited long enough for your snake we don't want to hold it any longer than needed.
- "How are payment plans set up?" - We are not a bank, we are reptile breeders. As long as you make payment sometime during the month we will hold your animal. This allows our customers to set their own payment schedule to suit their budget requirements. We can even change the date once you set it. It is as easy as a simple phone call. Our only requirement is that you pay something each month and pay the animal off within the agreed time limit.
- "What if I miss a payment ?" - Again we are not a bank, so we're not coming for your car. We know things happen. This is something that doesn't have a blanket answer. Customers situations are as different as the snakes they buy. We can be flexible when the situation calls for it. Each situation is unique. We will do all we can within reason to work with you. All we ask is that you communicate with us.
- "How is my snake cared for while I'm paying for it ?" - Your animal is cared for like every other animal here. It will be fed, watered, cleaned and any other needs met so long as it is here in our care. This insures that when you get your snake its everything you expected.
Shipping Terms:
"Live Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee that your animal arrives alive and well or your money back"
- All animals are shipped overnight via Fed-Ex next day ground.
- We guarantee all animals will arrive alive and healthy to your door or your money back
- All shipments must be signed for by the addressee for Guaranteed Live delivery. If someone other than addressee is to sign for package prior notice must be give with in 24 hours of shipping.
- All shipment's must be inspected upon arrival. Any delay in inspecting may result in waver of Live Delivery Guarantee or money back offer.
- Live Delivery Guarantee expires 24 hours after package is signed for.

We can't control the environment the animal is exposed to once its in your care. - Any delay in contacting us in the event of an issue or missing "Check List" item may result in waver of Live Guarantee or money back offer
- Return of animal's body may be required for refund. This will be decided on a case by case basis. Disposal of the body prior to contacting us waves the "Money Back" offer.

Returning the body will be at the expense of Wildmorph Pythons should it be requested - While problems are rare we understand they do happen. Contact with us is key should a problem arise. We take every step possible to ensure that your animal is both safe and healthy when it arrives to your door.
